This week I played around with the pen tool to outline the objects and then used the gradient mesh tool to fill it in. I definitely could've added more color to the pepper, but I was just experimenting with this one.

Logo
When creating this logo, I had to go back to my roots. I
wanted something with meaning, without being too obvious. I chose the heart
design because it’s a symbol of love, which is one of the most important things
in my life. I love food, my family, friends and believe in the power of spreading
and giving love. I chose the anchor because I believe we have multiple anchors
in our life. We have the anchors we put down, we have our home anchors and our
people anchors- think parents, siblings and those we are close with. This logo
also corresponds to a tattoo that I share with my mom and sister. We all have a paint brush version of a cross, heart, and anchor tattooed on our ankles. This logo represents things that make me, me.
